Delivery Policy

Processing of orders

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm (GMT) on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays & UK recognised public holidays will only be processed the next working day, from these days.

Delivery of your order

We use the courier services of DPD to deliver your order. Please note that all packages must be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery to UK

We offer FREE delivery within the United Kingdom.

International Delivery to the Rest of Europe

We subsidise the delivery cost (by GBP 10), so that you pay a reduced rate of shipping. The exact cost of shipping payable by you will be calculated at checkout upon placing your order and details of your nominated delivery address. At present we only ship goods to countries within the European Union.

Delivery Times

Please note the following indicative times when expecting delivery of your goods from the time of your order being processed:

UK & Ireland: Between 1 - 3 working days but allow up to 5 working days.
Rest of Europe: 4 – 7 working days

If you refuse to take delivery of your order

In the unfortunate event that you refuse to take delivery of goods on the order you placed, or where the courier is unsuccessful when attempting to deliver the goods despite notifying you, these will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase amount and any VAT applied thereof – after deducting the following costs:

  1. The full shipping cost and any handling charges in getting the goods delivered to you.
  2. The fee incurred in having the parcel returned back to us.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept any responsibility for damage to the Order during Delivery other than damage due to our negligence when our liability is limited to the direct costs to repair that damage.

Our total liability in connection with or arising from the Order, whether in negligence or otherwise, shall be limited to the value of the Goods.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses in connection with or arising out of the Order.

Events Outside Our Control

An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including – without limitation – strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, snow, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, impossibility of the use of motor transport or other means of public or private transport, road traffic accidents, road closures or mechanical failure.

When an “Event Outside Our Control” occurs, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or a delay in performance of our duty to deliver the products you purchase. When such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.
