These Terms and Conditions tell you the rules for using our website www.strawberry-cream.com (our Website).
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The services described are provided in England and the statements made on this Website are governed by English Law.
You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and if you are uncertain you should either contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or discontinue using this Website.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
The Website is a site operated by Oshwal Trading Limited ("Company"). We are a registered limited company under company number 08680862 established under and governed by English Law and our registered office is at 12 Craigweil Drive, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 4TU.

Except as stated in the paragraph below, the contents of this Website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express written permission of the Company. You may not remove any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice.
You may print or download to disk the contents of an individual page of this Website for the purposes of private and personal non-commercial use. You may make an electronically stored, transient copy of the content of this Website for the purpose of viewing it while connected to the Internet only, however, you may only make one such copy of any content.
3. Our Products and Pricing
Please note that all products listed for sale on our website are subject to availability.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that bed frames & mattresses come in different heights and thickness respectively. Our bedding products (e.g. Flat Sheet) may therefore fit differently on your bed, compared to what our product images illustrate. You should also bear in mind that, with the Flat Sheet, sizes become larger with a bigger bed - and therefore the edges of this product may drag on the floor at the foot of the bed if you choose to not have the Flat Sheet tucked under your mattress (i.e. leave the Flat Sheet untucked). We have also made every effort to display the colours of our images on the website to match the actual colours in the physical goods. However, the products you receive may be slightly different in colour to the images you see on our website.
Please note that we reserve the right to change product prices and product offerings without notice. The price you pay for the products will be the price displayed at the time of your actual purchase. The prices displayed on the website at any given time are only valid for that moment.
At present, we only supply goods to UK & Northern Ireland. Prices are shown in GBP, and are inclusive of UK VAT (currently set at 20%).
For UK customers, our product prices are inclusive of Free Delivery on orders over £60. For orders worth £60 or under a Delivery Charge of £4.95 will be added at checkout.
4. Delivery of the Products
We offer Free Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland customers on orders over £60.
Customers should allow for the following estimated lead times, from the time of purchase to when they receive the goods:
United Kingdom & Northern Ireland: Between 1-3 working days, but allow up to 5 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm (GMT) on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays & UK recognised public holidays will only be processed the next working day, from these days.
Please note that you will bear responsibility for providing us with up-to-date contact details in your Customer Account or when making any enquiries.
Events Outside Our Control
An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including – without limitation – strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, snow, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, impossibility of the use of motor transport or other means of public or private transport, road traffic accidents, road closures or mechanical failure.
When an “Event Outside Our Control” occurs, we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or a delay in performance of our duty to deliver the products you purchase. When such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.

5. Your Right to Cancel and Returns
We take pride when you are happy with your purchase. But if you have changed your mind after receiving our products & wish to return them please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, the item/s you wish to return, briefly stating your reason for return. Please include a daytime contact number (in case we need to contact you via phone).
Our 30 Night Trial:
Relax, and be assured that you will get a new set of sheets when you purchase from us! We will never send you any used items.
Our products are of exceptional quality, and we are confident you will love using our beautifully made sheets. We are so confident of our quality that we are happy to offer you a 30 night trial. If within 30 days of purchasing and trying out our bed sheets & washing them, you are still not satisfied, you can return these to us in exchange for a full refund!*

Although our 30 night trial allows you to wash the sheets and try them, certain conditions do apply before returning them to us in exchange for a full refund:
1. You can only return an item once within 30 days from date of purchase, in our 30 Night Trial offer. Please note that if you make a subsequent order after receiving a refund for the used sheets, the items bought under the new order will not qualify for another 30 Night Trial offer.
2. Any bedding items that are substantially damaged cannot be returned to us and will not qualify for a refund. Sheets must be returned to us clean and washed. We reserve the right to inspect these sheets and check if they are soiled, stained or are damaged in other ways. Where sheets are soiled or stained – we will have these professionally cleaned. The cost incurred in cleaning these sheets will be deducted from your refund amount. We also reserve the right to withhold the refund if the sheets are intentionally / maliciously damaged or a claim for a refund is being made dishonestly
3. Please note that the customer will bear the cost of returning the sheets back to us.
4. Customers only qualify for a 30 night trial if they purchase directly online from our website.
5a) Getting a Refund (for goods not covered by the 30 Night Trial & for return of unused goods)
Refunds will only be made if the following criteria is satisfied:
- The refund claim is made within 30 days from the date when the goods are delivered and signed for as received.
- Goods are unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect these goods and determine whether a refund can be made. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund claim to be processed. We will email you, notifying whether the refund application has been successful and the amount that will be reimbursed.
5b) Returning part of your order
Please note, that depending on your order value, discounts may already have been built in. Choosing to return some of the items may affect the discount applicable on the items you decide to keep. We will calculate the price for the items you choose to keep, and deduct that amount from the original order value. We will refund the balance to you.
5c) Product Exchanges
We allow exchanges to be made. Simply follow the Returns process stated above. Once we have received the goods you wish to exchange, we will inspect these to ensure they are unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Once satisfied, we will exchange these. Price differences may arise if exchanges are in relation to a different size / product request. Consequently any price difference, if it arises, may be payable by you to Strawberry & Cream – Home, or vice versa.
The new exchanged goods will be delivered to the same address stated at the time you placed the original order - unless instructed otherwise in writing. Please note that delivery and handling costs incurred in shipping the exchanged goods back to you will be chargeable in full.
5d) How to return goods
We ask that you use the services of a reputable courier e.g. Collect+ when making returns. Although rare, items sometimes do get lost in transit. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain sufficient insurance cover provided by the courier, and choose the option of “Signature on Delivery” – to cover the cost of goods in the event it gets lost in transit.
We ask that you obtain and retain all documents that show proof of posting (e.g. receipt/invoice), together with tracking reference details and other important information. Items lost in transit will be treated as if no returns have been made.
When returning goods to us – whether to get a refund or to request a product exchange – you must return all items that form a product set. For example if you have bought a set of pillow cases, and want a refund or exchange you must return both pillow cases (and just one). If you fail to do so, we reserve the right not to exchange or refund the product. This criteria also applies if the purchase relates to a product sold as a bundled set.
5e) Defective Goods
For product(s) that are defective, or other errors relating to your order, you must notify us of these within 7 days from the date when the goods are delivered to you.
We will contact you and ask whether you prefer a refund or a replacement of these goods. In either case, we will satisfy your request at no additional cost to you including costs you may incur in returning the defective products to us. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
6. Payment and Charges
We accept payment through major credit / debit cards, and via the Klarna payment gateway. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance, with the exception of payments made using the Klarna payment service – where Klarna will invoice you directly for payment after a set period, depending on their instalment payment option that you have chosen and be approved of (i.e. “Pay in 30 Days” or “Pay in 3 Instalments”). In all other cases, we will charge your debit card or credit card when we send the Confirmation Email.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions for any reason is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this will not affect the validity of any remaining part of the Terms.
